Jumba Juice,Frozen frappe what ever it may be , I'm going to show you how to make your own healthy versions for energy and training.
Mexican inspired:
What you will need:
1 half Watermelon
1 pack Raspberries
Mint leaves
1 Cup Pomegranate Juice
1 half can wild berry XS Energy
Place all ingredients into a blender and mix , place in shallow tray and place in freezer, mix with a fork every 45 min for 2-3 hours.
Scoop into cup when ready to serve, or just pour in a glace over ice and drink,
